My love for photography began in 2016, when my late father gifted me my very first camera for Christmas. At the time, I had no idea just how much that gift would come to mean to me or how deeply it would shape my life.

As a young equestrian, horses were naturally the first thing to find their way in front of my lens. I fell in love with capturing their beauty, movement, and the indescribable connection between a horse and the person who loves them. Somewhere along the way, what started as a hobby became something so much more.

I began exploring every corner of photography—lifestyle, couples, animals, landscapes, maternity, brand collaborations, engagements, and eventually, one of my biggest dreams: weddings.

When my dad passed away in 2020, photography took on an entirely new meaning for me.

Photos became more than something beautiful to look at. They became a way to hold onto people, places, feelings, and seasons of life that we don’t get to keep forever. His simple Christmas gift had unknowingly given me a way to preserve the things in life that matter most and that is something I carry with me every time I pick up my camera.

Today, I’m based in Southwest Michigan after leaving my hometown in Upstate New York to chase this dream, meet new souls, and create a life filled with new adventures.

I want you to look at your photographs years from now and remember more than what you looked like. I want you to remember how it felt.

The belly laughs. The nervous excitement before walking down the aisle. The way your person looked at you. The muddy boots, windblown hair, happy tears, and all those beautiful moments in between.

You don’t have to be comfortable in front of a camera. You don’t have to know how to pose. You just have to show up as yourself.
